The comic magazine “Sylph” published by KADOKAWA Co., Ltd. (head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Tsuyoshi Natsuno) will celebrate its ninth anniversary in July 2026.
Starting with the announcement of the TV animation adaptation of the popular work “Studio Cabana”, we are pleased to inform you about the extravagant planning and campaign information to commemorate the 9th anniversary of the web, such as a significant increase in the amount of free episodes and the start of a new series.

What is “Sylph”?

Launched a magazine in 2006 as a comic magazine “Sylph” for girls. In July 2017, he transferred to the comic comprehensive site “pixiv Comic”, and has continued to serialize it on the web media since. Currently, works are being posted on “Kadocomi” and “Nico Nico Manga”.

“Studio Cabana” 2027 TV animation decision! Free release of one volume

This is the TV animation adaptation of “Studio Cabana” (Author: Uma Aguri), which has been serialized since 2021 and is colored with songs! In commemoration of this, Sylph will be releasing one volume of the comic for free until Thursday, August 20, 2026. The official website of TV animation and various SNS are open today for the broadcast schedule in 2027. Stay tuned for the follow-up!

The special project “Sylph Diary” has started!

The special illustration corner project “Sylph Diary” will be delivered four times a year in Kadocomi. The SUMMER issue, which was released on Wednesday, July 22nd, has a large collection of illustrations celebrating the 9th anniversary of Sylph’s web creation from the serial writers! “Sylph Creative Couple Manga Award” application deadline approaching!

The “Sylph Creative Couple Manga Award” will be held for the second time. This year’s application deadline is Friday, July 31, 2026! Kumakara-sensei, who won the last Grand Prix, made his debut as a book last year and is active in Sylph.
