Tokyo and Anime Tokyo Station, which is operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Japan Video Association, is “Anime more interesting, ANIM With the motto “E to the future for the future”, many people from Japan and abroad have visited the facility as a facility that conveys the charm of Japanese animation to the world. On Monday, July 7th, we held the event “Anime Tokyo Station’s Tanabata Festival” for the first public recording event of the anime Tokyo Station official YouTube channel. On the day of the event, about 30 people who were selected by lottery came and enjoyed the event.

At the event, voice actors Mina Tominaga and Wataru Takagi acted as moderators and appeared in a summery yukata.
Actually, it is said that they do not have much experience co-starring in anime works, but the two of them have been close friends for many years. When the event did not proceed due to Mr. Takagi’s high-tension talk, Mr. Tominaga switched, “Can I move on to the next explanation?”

Also, “Urusei Yatsura” “Mobile Suit Gundam We invited Kazushige Yusa, animator who was involved in many hits such as “The Witch of Mercury” and “Minna no Uta”, as a guest, and held a demonstration lecture on the first basement of the anime Tokyo Station. He explained the history and depth of animation by explaining the differences between Japan and overseas, focusing on the movement of the mouth that accompanies the lines.
Mr. Takagi said, “It’s hard to see this kind of thing! I’d like to keep sending it out.”

In the second half of the event, Mr. Tominaga and Takagi performed live as the second one from the “Arashi no Yoru ni” series, which attracted a lot of attention at last year’s anime Tokyo station 1st anniversary event. The audience gave a big applause for the live performances of percussion, original BGM, and sound effects.
After the reading drama ended, Yuichi Kimura, the author of the “Arashi no Yoru ni” series, appeared and held a talk session. When Mr. Kimura said, “It was like watching a movie,” the two of them said, “I’m happy! Thank you.”
