At the anime Tokyo Station, which regularly holds special exhibitions of popular anime works, we will be holding a special exhibition of ‘Reincarnation as a slime’ special exhibition from February 21st (Sat) to May 24th (Sun).
This work is a popular TV animation that has continued until the 3rd season since its first season aired in 2018. It is a story about a story about a person who suddenly reincarnated as a slime in a different world and changed his name to “Rimul-Tempest” and spends his days of adventure in a different world. Currently, the 4th season of the TV animation has been decided, and in February this year, the 2nd theatrical version, “Theatrical version: Reincarnated as a slime, Aomi’s Tears arc”.
In this exhibition, we will look back on the story up to the third season of TV animation, including life-size panels, character introductions, and mosaic art of the scene where Rimuru and Veldora become friends using scenes. It is a special exhibition where you can experience the world view of the work through the exhibition, which will also carry out hands-on digital content unique to Anime Tokyo Station.

“The case that was a slime when reincarnated” is a different world reincarnation entertainment in which the main character, who was reincarnated in a slime in a different world, uses the skills he has acquired and increases his friends with wisdom and courage. The first season of the TV anime “It was a slime when reincarnated” was broadcast on TOKYO MX and others from October 2018 to March 2019.
Furthermore, in 2021, from January to March, the first part of the second season of TV animation, from April to June, the animation adaptation of the spin-off comic “Reincarnation was a slime case. “Ten Sura Diary”, from July to September, TV anime 2nd part 2, and TV broadcast for 9 consecutive months. Then, on November 25, 2022, “The movie “The Reincarnation When Reincarnated as a Slime: Guren no Kizuna” was released nationwide, and it was a big hit with more than 1 million people mobilized in Japan and 1.4 billion yen in the box office.
