“Poketoon” is a short animation series that develops in an art style that is different from conventional Pokemon animation. The latest work of the series has been released for 8 consecutive weeks from Wednesday, September 18th.

[Story]
Meg spends his summer vacation in the lush green safari zone where many Pokémon live.
That’s when I came across a “lucky hat” that no one could catch for many years. Apparently Meg’s uncle has a connection with that mysterious luck, but what the hell is going on in the past…! ?

[Starting point is “Memories of being lucky back then”]
This video was born from the desire to challenge a homage that focuses on a part of the play experience of “Pocket Monsters Red/Green”.
In the game, it’s a Pokemon that has a low encounter rate at a facility called “Safari Zone”, which is rich in nature, and you can’t catch it easily even if you meet it, and you’ll run away quickly. We aimed to create a work that anyone can enjoy by explaining the picture book “Fast running away” and by actually visualizing the gap between the appearance of the lucky and physical ability, taking in hints from the fact that the monster ball is hard to hit in the game.
In addition, there is an emotional development surrounding a generational drama, lucky, that spans generations.

“Lucky Dance” written for this work by the notable artist Daisuke Fujiwara will vividly color the main part of the video. What you don’t like on a daily basis may actually be just “mischievous” because you want a lucky fairy to take care of you. The playful lyrics perfectly express the charm of the lucky one in this work.

Lucky has appeared since the early days of Pokemon, but I think you can see a lot of attractive aspects that have not been drawn yet this time.

A singer-songwriter who resonates with life-size music that transcends generations and genres, with the piano he has played since childhood.

Started activities under the artist name “TiU” in October 2022, and made a major debut on October 4, 2024 on the 1st EP “SHOW TIME”.
