We are working on colorizing the coloring of the Toms Entertainment official from Wednesday, November 13, 2024. We are pleased to announce that the animation will be released to the public on the channel “TMS Anime Official Channel”.

It will also be open to the public at the Coupe Booth Co., Ltd. in Inter BEE 2024, which will be held from the same day.

The original is Daiji Ichimine, the master of hero manga.

About 60 years ago, Tokyo Movie (currently Toms Entertainment) produced a pilot video in popularity with the original manga.

It is a phantom hero animation that was expected to be made into a TV animation, but was not realized due to various circumstances.

This time, I started working on coloring the pilot video.

Colorization using AI automatic coloring technology

With the cooperation of Coupe Co., Ltd., we have used the AI colorized technology “Fors AI Colorization” developed independently by Coupe Co., Ltd., and challenged the colorization of black and white images for the first time in animation.

The black and white animation of about 60 years ago has been reborn in color by repeating tests, including the processes before and after automatic coloring, such as removing noise caused by film and color grading.
