Then, in the same pavilion, a new character “Neo Atom”, which was born by Black Jack, has appeared as a navigator (guide). A special short movie “Neo Atom”, which is produced by Tezuka Productions and is produced by Akira Senju and the narration by Ayaka Hirahara will be screened, and will guide visitors to the world of Natureverse.

[Birth of Neo-Atom birth background]
On April 7, 2003, Dr. Tenma gave birth to a boy-type robot Atom. The 100,000 horsepower Atom fights against enemies approaching every day, aiming for a world where they can get along with each other, while struggling with the communication between humans and robots.
In the first half of the 21st century, a crisis of space colonies and the sun approaches, and Atom chooses to protect the earth in exchange for his own life. The people of the earth protected by Atom are struck by the gallant figure of Atom.
In the 22nd century, an atom wandering through outer space is discovered. IPS cells have been put into practical use due to the development of medicine and science, and Black Jack’s surgeries have created the neo-Atom equipped with an “IPS heart.”

Height: 155 cm, weight: 48 kg.
Almost the same as the average physical ability of a 12-year-old child. It has the same learning ability and emotions as humans.
Since the whole body is made up of mechanical parts, there is no change in appearance with age, but neo-atom has a lifespan because it has an IPS heart made of human cells. Therefore, Neo-Atom feels the preciousness and importance of life as much as, or even more than that of humans, and never forgets to be grateful for life.
When the Neo-Atom has lived its life, the mechanical parts of the body are organically decomposed and returned to the soil. A symbolic existence of Natureverse, a harmony of technology, humans and the earth.

We humans are just one of the lives on earth. Due to human egoism, the earth is about to fall into a crisis of life in which it lives on the earth.
We humans may have forgotten the important things, such as caring for others, the love and affection of nature, and respect and affection for all life. And without these things, we humans can’t be recognized as inhabitants of the earth.
This video is a story about Atom fighting against the crisis of the earth created by humans. We hope that you can feel the important message left behind by the original author, Osamu Tezuka, in this video. The future of the earth can be changed by one’s own hands, it must be changed, because it is the human being who can do it.

Robot Atom confronts the planet to protect the earth. Coexistence of humans and robots is no longer a dream. Tezuka-sensei’s message is powerful. “Astro Boy,” the black and white CRT, which I met at the age of three, was also an indicator of my subsequent life. Now, I feel joy and responsibility to be in charge of the music of “Neo Atom”, which is reborn. It took 60 years of dreaming of Atom to create this music.

The opening animation produced by Tezuka Production is very realistic and moving. In particular, I supervised the scenes where Atom was helped by Black Jack, but everything from the description of the surgery to the expressions of the doctor’s feelings is carefully crafted. It is a wonderful video that will make you feel the preciousness and excitement of “life” to everyone who visits the pavilion. When I saw the short movie, tears welled up. It’s been 21 years since my debut dream to collaborate with Astro Boy, but I’m very happy that my dreams come true. However, I still don’t get it. In addition to her debut as a singer, she has worked hard on narration, dubbing, and voice actors.
