San-X Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as “San-X”) is a new character “Uso Detective” jointly involved with Fan Works Co., Ltd. We are pleased to announce that we will be launching the first new theme product of “Tomanto” at stores and online shops nationwide from early October 2025. This character will be aired on “TRAIN TV(R)” from the fall of 2025 as a new genre animation of “Kawaii x Mystery”.
There are stationery such as memo pads, letter sets, clear holders, mini towels, pouches, purses, tote bags, and more than 30 characters in total. Stickers, acrylic stands, acrylic key chains, stuffed animals, etc., which are unique to “Fare Detective Tomant”, will appear.

The “False Detective Tomant” was newly introduced in April of this year. It is a new character that fuses the cute and humble “character animation” created by “Fan Works” and “San-X” and the world of “mystery animation” that is popular with a wide range of generations. The planning producers include Michihiko Suwa, who has worked on “Detective Conan” and “Kindaichi Case Files”, and other screenwriters such as “Yokai Watch” and “Aikatsu!” I will write the script for TV(R) and the short story of this book.
