Beams Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroshi Shitara) has a unique perspective that Beams has cultivated in a wide range of Japanese cultures such as manga, animation, and games. We co-produced the second episode of the global animation project “RUNNING GIRL” at MANGAART.

The stage of the work is “Harajuku”, which is also the place where BEAMS was founded.
We were particular about reproducing the city down to the smallest detail, such as buildings, roads, and “Beams Women’s Harajuku” stores.
In the music in the work, we adopted the song “RUN” by TOFBEATS, which has a sprinting sound, and pursues the shape of animation that seamlessly fuses video and music.
〈BEAMS MANGAART』 has been involved in the original character design, the styling in the play, and the supervision of the drawing, aiming to combine fashion and animation.

We will revamp the <Mangato BEAMS>, which was born in 2022, and launch <BEAMS MANGART> with a new logo design.
Aiming at the fusion of Japanese culture and fashion such as manga, anime, and games, we will edit the artistry and the enthusiasm of the creators, and disseminate it widely through multifaceted planning.
