Synopsis

Nobita, who was late for school, has an epiphany, “If you don’t have a clock, you can sleep as much as you want without worrying about time.”

He asks Doraemon to bring out a “what if box” and transforms it into “a world where there are no ticking clocks.”

In a world where clocks do not exist, the movement of the sun acts as a clock, and the time is controlled by the position of the shade that moves due to the sunrise, sunset, and the movement of the sun.

Nobita wants to somehow create a world where he can no longer be late and sleep forever, but he learns that the universe and time are closely connected by the “Sentence Learning Set”.

Meanwhile, an assortment of time-related secret tools arrives from the future department store, and a certain tool gets involved in a lot of trouble.
